Our items come mostly flatpacked. Where accessories are included or excluded, eg: ribbon, we will make mention in the description. Simple assembling will be required. We are happy to assist with any enquiries regarding how to assemble, please feel free to contact us.

We use various courier companies including Auspost depending on delivery location. Large/bulky orders will come with tracking by default. If you require express or registered post please select that on checkout under shipping method. We can not guarantee exact date of delivery but usually can take between 3-10 working days depending recipient address. Express postage are through Auspost. Estimated date of delivery is only a guidline and is subject to the delivery schedule of the actual courier company.
We accept returns up to 30 days from delivery date. For all change of mind returns, a 25% restocking fee on the cost of the order will be deducted from the refund. Any original postage charged will not be refundable. It is the responsibility of the buyer to return the item and ensure it is in it's original saleable condition. Refund will only be processed once the item has been received by the seller.
